I AM A MARKETING AND DIGITAL EXECUTIVE with an extensive background shaping strategy for digital marketing, communications, and association programs.

My strengths include charting an actionable plan for marketing development and communications as well as spearheading digital marketing, technology, and automation. Through my effort and leadership, I have helped educational and Ed-Tech organizations significantly boost awareness of their vision, mission, branding, and programs to targeted audiences.

I partner with stakeholders and fellow executives to strategize on ways to take the organization’s e-commerce, digital campaigns, marketing automation, and online analytics to the next level. Together, we have leveraged cutting-edge, cost-effective technology and ingenuity to modernize processes, create new revenue streams, and increase community membership.

I helped NAEYC increase community participation by 60% amid the COVID-19 crisis. In my career I have streamlined processes for marketing platforms, redesigned dozens of websites, and integrated digital tools to track critical metrics.

I am particularly proud of the following achievements:

✔ Spearheaded a ~$650K redesign of the NAEYC website to create a profitable revenue stream

✔ Invited to speak as an expert at Higher Logic conference to share insights on online community solutions and special interest groups that add value to membership

✔ Increased special interest groups ~31% via stakeholder collaboration and established a $32K grant-funded online leadership academy with 25% of the attendees made up of future leaders of which 50% included people of color (POC).

✔ Accelerated the marketing process, cutting it from 48 to 4 hours by using a solution that combined Marketo and Salesforce.
